Had a great night with the family last night, got some good photos out of it too. All the kids are my cousin’s kids and they are adorable.

How long have you had the 20D?
I got a sweetheart deal on it from a friend around Christmas time (included the 50mm 1.4 lens). He was upgrading to a 40D for his “knockaround” camera - he has a 1D Mark III for the real stuff. Crazy.
Still learning about the SLR world and how to work more with the manual functions, but enjoying it.
Excellent portraits! I just picked up a 50mm lens a few months ago and am starting to play around with it. Mine was the cheapo one, but I’m still pretty impressed with the quality of the photos I get from it. The depth of field is definitely a lot of fun to play with!
